At a high enough frequency, human consciousness crosses the space-time mirror like Alice beginning her journey into Wonderland. It then exits the physical body to access a total dimension known as the absolute. In this place, consciousness no longer projects a hologram of itself. It looks like a void, but it is here that it can project new patterns of reality it wishes to create into the universe. In 1983, a military training program was established to improve the psychic capabilities of human consciousness and its interactions with reality. Titled the Gateway Process, it was recently declassified. Shortly after its declassification, it was viewed by millions of people because the Gateway Process revealed something shocking. Not only can human consciousness move outside the body, but it can also interact with the reality surrounding it and modify it completely. This challenges everything we have been taught since childhood. But here is what is interesting. Nearly 40 years later, we are finally ready to discover the rest of this document: the true consciousness training. For the Gateway Process helped awaken millions of people. But it never showed us what came next, and especially what we were supposed to do after waking up. Because revealing how reality functions represents only the first half of the journey. And if the Gateway Process was the first part, this video concerns the second. So, let's go. But just before, I must tell you about a must-read book to understand everything about consciousness: The Absolute Manual. In just about a hundred pages, this book will allow you not only to understand what consciousness is, but also how to change your thought patterns to create a new reality. In fact, this work will allow you to rebuild the image you have of yourself and reality to recreate a new life that you enjoy. You will see, it is explained very simply and scientifically. It is available directly on Amazon. I have put the link in the description. For those who want to go further, you can also join us on Skool in the House of Elohim. You will gain access to a content library with over $ 1,000 worth of training. One on Ikigai, another on leadership, and another on creating a YouTube channel from A to Z, but above all, access to a private social network, exclusive scientific archives, all my books in audio, bonus videos, and a dozen unique ebooks. In short, all the links are in the description and in the first pinned comment. The man behind this consciousness training is called Robert Monroe. After experiencing firsthand various instances where his consciousness seemed to exceed the limits of his body, he founded the Monroe Institute and developed a technology called Hemi-Sync. Its principle was to send slightly different frequencies into each ear to cause both hemispheres of the brain to function together in a coordinated manner. But according to Monroe, Hemi-Sync was merely a tool. The true goal of the Gateway was deeper than that. It was about teaching human beings to consciously use their own minds, their full potential. How do you define something so intangible whose results themselves may only manifest after several weeks, or even months? The Gateway could be defined as a way to access a new form of freedom that you may have never experienced in your life before. It is also an exploration of consciousness, and more specifically , of your own consciousness. The real process consists of teaching you mental tools that allow you to reach this freedom. But this freedom can only be expressed through your own consciousness. It will be born from your own actions. In other words, the Gateway should not do the work for its participants. The sounds, frequencies, and exercises only served to lead them to certain states of consciousness. But once inside those states, it was up to each person to learn to direct their own mind. And this is where things get truly interesting. For Monroe considered that the capabilities we usually attribute to human consciousness represented only a tiny fraction of what it could truly achieve . Consciousness is such a vague word to describe something so extraordinarily vast. What we know today about human consciousness probably represents only a tiny fraction of what it is really capable of being. The Gateway helps you explore the frontiers of human consciousness as we know them, and the tools we provide allow you to conduct this exploration yourself. But to explore these frontiers, participants first had to accept an extremely simple principle. I am much more than my physical body. This sentence constituted the starting point of the entire training. For as long as a person believes their consciousness is trapped in their body and will necessarily disappear with it, they will naturally be afraid to go beyond the physical sensations they identify with. And according to Monroe, this fear represented precisely the first major barrier encountered during the process. The first of these barriers is fear, as well as the underlying pattern of fear and anger. For most people, this fear and this anger are linked to death. There exists a deep fear that says "I am going to die," born from an imprint developed since birth that commands us to survive. However, we have learned to interpret this footprint as a strictly physical necessity for survival. A huge part of our lives, as well as virtually all of our cultures, have therefore been organized around the survival of the body. This fear can then transform into anger. Fear says, "I am afraid of dying ." While anger replies, "I am angry because I have to die." And all of this ultimately rests on the same identification. I think I am only this body. So, any state in which I stop feeling it can be interpreted as a danger. Yet, the fundamental principle of Gateway asserts precisely the opposite. I am much more than my physical body. It is therefore a matter of integrating the fact that our consciousness exists far beyond our human existence, far beyond our body, much like a wave exists far beyond the radio that receives and expresses it. Transcending this belief is therefore the first essential step. Since our birth, we have also accumulated an immense quantity of beliefs regarding what is real, what is not, and what a human being is capable of accomplishing . Some were passed down to us by our family, others by school, culture, science, movies, or simply by the people around us, and Monroe represented all these beliefs in the form of a box. We have established belief systems that draw borders. and lock us all inside a box. This box represents the limits of our beliefs. Some of these systems were passed down to us on our mother's lap. Others were taught to us at school. They have always been present around us. These are the elements and structures that create this box that limits us. Gateway helps you create windows and doors in this box. Gateway is freedom. The freedom to step out of the box. The difficulty is that we feel safe. inside this box. Even if some beliefs make us suffer, they have shaped our conception of reality for so long that questioning them can make us feel like we are losing our bearings. That is exactly what happens when one begins to no longer feel their body during deep meditation. Instead of letting go, a part of the mind can immediately react, seek to understand what is happening, and bring us back to our usual state by moving. To cross this barrier, we must therefore agree to temporarily release the image we have of ourselves and dare to trust. This is where knowledge is important, because in itself, you don't necessarily need knowledge to reach certain meditative states, but knowledge is what allows you to accept this letting go and avoid panicking and giving it all up. That is also why I really advise you to read the Absolute manual. But even that does not mean that you will necessarily have an out-of-body experience. Monroe himself stated that only a small portion of the people participating in these sessions had one during the program. On the other hand, everyone could learn to reach different states of consciousness and to use the tools that were passed on to them. The out-of-body experience was therefore not the final goal, but one of the possibilities that could arise during this exploration. The tools we provide are intended for consciousness, and the out-of-body state, as we know it, constitutes a form of consciousness. These tools might one day allow you to reach this state, but nothing can guarantee it. Does the opportunity exist? Yes. The possibility exists, yes. The tools exist, yes. But a guarantee? No. And this is where we come to the true practice. In order to gradually lead your consciousness beyond these ordinary perceptions and reach the dimension that the document calls the absolute, you must precisely use the following steps. The first is Focus 10. The body deeply asleep while the mind remains awake. To reach this state, lie down comfortably, arms by your sides, then focus on your breathing. Let your body relax gradually. Without trying to force anything until it becomes deeply asleep while your mind remains perfectly awake. You will almost have the impression of having your eyes open while feeling your body almost no longer. You know it is still there, but it is no longer at the center of your perception. Next comes Focus 12. Here you must expand your consciousness. Gradually visualize the walls of your body becoming energy and then merging into the space all around you. Imagine that the contours of your skin disappear little by little, that the energy that made up your body now extends throughout the room. Your consciousness is no longer simply localized inside your head or your chest. It also becomes the space that surrounds you. It is for this reason that Focus 12 is presented as an expanded state of consciousness. Finally comes Focus 15. In which the ordinary perception of time begins to disappear. Continue to visualize the space around you, then feel your body gradually become energy and melt entirely into this space as if your body became the space itself and then dissolved within it. At that moment, you may have the feeling of leaving. Your nose might make a slight sound similar to what one hears underwater, as if the body's pressure were decreasing. You may also feel your body twisting. Tipping or distorting just before those boundaries dissipate entirely. Then you become this space, you become pure, omnipresent energy. It is this instant that is described in the document as Alice's journey to Wonderland. That moment when consciousness passes through the mirror of space-time before reaching the absolute. When the almost continuous clicking pattern establishes itself at speeds below the Planck length. Before reaching the state of total rest, human consciousness passes through the space-time mirror like Alice beginning her journey to Wonderland. A part of this consciousness then establishes its information-gathering function in the dimensions located between space-time and the absolute. It is here that consciousness transcends the ordinary idea of space and time to reach that dimension known as the absolute. But it is important to understand that you do not actually leave your body as if your consciousness were a small object trapped inside it. Rather, it is your consciousness becoming whole again. Your body does not disappear and you do not lose it. It still remains within you, but it is no longer the central point from which you perceive reality. Imagine that the totality of your reality, your body, space, and everything you perceive are shapes projected within your own consciousness . In this state, these shapes temporarily dissipate and you return to the fields from which they were projected. You are therefore not really leaving reality. You are returning to the state that exists before its projection. The one that exists before becoming the one who experiences, or as the Upanishads say, like Brahman before perceiving itself as Atman. You therefore return to the point of consciousness from which the body and reality appear. At this place, consciousness no longer projects a hologram of itself. There is no longer a specific body, no scenery, no movement, and no true time. It is a state of total rest that appears similar to nothingness. But this nothingness is not empty at all. It represents the field of all possibilities before one of them takes on a particular form. It is therefore in this state that you will emit your intention. It is a matter of visually projecting and deeply feeling the life you wish to. create. An important point to clarify: even if you don't know exactly what intention to set yet, it will come at the right moment because in this state, you will be outside the box and will know that everything is possible. Thus, the intention will arise on its own. You will know exactly what to do when the time comes. The intention you have set and visualized in this state will then become the blueprint of reality that you project into the field. The pattern creation technique consists of mentally building , in an expanded state of consciousness , a precise representation of what you wish to see appear in your life. Then projecting this pattern into this expanded consciousness so that it begins to take shape. Once your intention is deeply represented, simply let this pattern exist. Then, when you decide, return to your body. To do this , simply think about opening your eyes, and you will naturally open them. From there, move your fingers slightly and get up gently, calmly. You can breathe deeply and be incredibly happy, because you have surely just had the most significant experience of your life, but above all the one you will be most proud of. You will have overcome humanity's greatest fear: death. After this experience, you will not only have the conviction of existing beyond the body, therefore being much more than your physical body, but above all, you will understand the extent of the true power of your mind, which is infinite. But the work does not end there, because although this experience will have shown you what you are outside the box, you will have to learn to anchor this state of mind through your body. This state of total freedom. The freedom we are talking about lies so far beyond our usual scale that I am unable to measure it. I can define this freedom for myself, but not for you. Freedom consists of moving away from the limits of these boxes. Whether it be yours, mine, or anyone else's. That is the best way I can describe it. So now that you have stepped out of the box and seen it, what will you be? As mentioned, the "Manuel de l'Absolu" is available on Amazon. The link is in the description, as is the one for the school.
