There are a great many people subject to various types of illusions, especially sensory illusions. They see a world that is not the real world. This man decoded reality on every level , and this recording is the clearest proof of it. We call this the relative world. We call that the absolute world. You can call it God. When we see our body, our world, or this house, it is because of our sensory capabilities. Matter is like a ghost that appears and disappears in space. It is nothing but mist or a vibration, a massive vibration. This man is Michio Kushi, and he dedicated his entire life to giving lectures to explain what reality truly is. But at the time, very few people understood how far he had actually gone and what he truly meant. Yet, this recording you have before you today, dating back to 1984, is precisely one of the most important archives he ever made. Thought is nothing other than a vibration. We are continuously emitting this vibration. We create it incessantly, then project it outward. When you no longer create any images, you are connected to the unique and non-relative world. You can call it God. I am going to be honest with you. I have seen many interviews on this subject. But this one is truly different. Michio Kushi goes much further, but above all, he is not trying to prove anything. He uses the real terms, and I know how important that is for us. You who are watching this video no longer need things to be proven to you; you need to move forward . That is why I truly invite you to take the time to watch this video until the very end, even if you don't finish it today and come back to it later, because we are going to truly explore all levels of reality and explain them very simply. I have also written a book called The Manual of the Absolute, in which I have transcribed all the knowledge I have acquired to date, as well as all the methods and mental techniques for reprogramming yourself and manifesting a better reality, a reality that is authentic to you. It is available on Amazon and it is a number one bestseller. So I thank you for liking it so much. For those who have not read it yet, I have put the link in the description. You can also join us in the House of Elohim on Skool. If you want to discuss all these topics with a vibrant and engaged community and get access to an immense library of information containing various training courses and programs, meditative music, bonus videos, all my audiobooks, exclusive ebooks, and much more. All links are in the description, and with that, let's continue. Our existence does not begin in our mother's womb. Yes, conception marks the beginning of the human being in its human form. But before that, we were our mother's egg and our father's sperm. Before that, we were the blood of our mother and our father. And before that, we were what our mother and father had eaten. Since those foods had become their blood. Our father could have eaten beef. The cow had eaten grass, and that grass had transformed into meat. So we come from the plant kingdom. Our life forms transformed and transmuted from the plant kingdom. I love the way he breaks things down level by level here. Because it is true that in everyday language, we tend to make assumptions and then believe in them, such as the idea that we appeared when our body was born. Then, we believe these things and repeat them to our children. Then this myth continues and eventually causes a fear of changing or dying. This is, in fact, a principle from the book The Five Agreements: never make assumptions . He therefore asserts that before being human, our consciousness was plant-based. But even plants, before being plants, were mineral. And the minerals themselves are a transformation of elements such as hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen. These elements themselves come from subatomic particles and so on. But this world does not stop at what we know. It continues indefinitely, ever more deeply. That is why, in the literal sense, we are not just stardust. We are the primary substance from which the entire universe is made, which transformed over time into everything apparent today. Everything that makes up physical reality. This is what is called God or the Source. However, this nature, this immense world made of elements, did not create itself. As modern science knows, these elements are composed of subatomic particles and originate from them. Electrons, protons , and other particles possessing positive, negative, or neutral charges, as well as electrical tendencies. But these particles did not appear on their own either. They are nothing more than the center of immense energy engaged in a spiral movement. This massively condensed center of energy appears to us in the form of a particle. Vibrations and energies are therefore at the origin of the pre-atomic world. But how do these vibrations and energies that make up the entire universe appear? How do they move and transform themselves? This happens because there are two polarities, two different tendencies. The entire universe is set in motion thanks to two opposing tendencies. Once you set your eyes on these polarities, you see them everywhere. It is the illusion of duality. When we designate a good and a bad, hot and cold, the subtle and the dense, matter and energy, or what ancient traditions simply call yin and yang. Others also name them the alpha and the omega. And in the Bible, one of the quotes is precisely "I am the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end." This phrase simply explains that we are everything at once. Even when we define ourselves as a kind person, we still have that part of malice within us. We are capable of the best and the worst, endowed with these two complementary energies. Of course, when we master our mind, we learn to unify these two energies to create something harmonious. But it is an important point to always keep in mind because these two energies are essential for evolving and transforming. Moreover, if we look at the universe, everything is just a transformation of things. Death, for example, does not exist in reality. When we say a star dies, it is false. It dissolves its components into tiny particles in order to rebuild itself differently. Nothing ever dies. And for us, it is the same. Death is illusory. Moreover, if you fear death for fear of finding yourself in a black void for eternity, know that it is impossible. Because as we said, reality contains both, the void and the created. It's like when you close your eyes, you will always end up recreating a universe, what we call dreams for example. The void is therefore always only ephemeral like an empty plot of land that never stays empty for long. A house always ends up being placed there quickly. These movements and polarities are found in the right hand and the left hand, the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere, the right eye and the left eye, the right lung and the left lung, exhaling and inhaling, the act of absorbing food and then expelling it. Activity then rest, the act of standing up then lying down. These antagonistic and complementary activities are nothing other than a single body manifesting itself in two different ways. In the same way throughout the universe, all antagonistic and complementary phenomena are manifestations of a single infinite universe. This is exactly what we just said previously. This infinite born in black like the one we see when we close our eyes. Then all these images that are created until, quickly, we are embarked in the first person into this universe and say, wow, it's beautiful, I am alive. But all of this still happens within consciousness. All this substance from which everything is made is always the same and unique thing. The camera doesn't move, if you get the reference. Scientifically, everything therefore begins with a single infinite . This unique infinite divides into two opposing tendencies. When these two tendencies act against one another, energy and vibration appear. From this vibration, the first pre-atomic particles are born. These particles then combine to create the world of physical matter, including planets and stars. On our planet, this matter gave birth to plants. Plants then transformed into minerals, into animals , and finally, at least here on Earth, this long chain leads to the human being. According to this vision, you therefore represent the most recent stage, or to put it simply, the most complex form of the universe in a physical state. You are the most beautiful thing the universe has created, its most accomplished form. You are its most beautiful creation. This means that we come from the infinite universe itself. We arrived in this world by transforming and transmuting ourselves through thousands of different forms and lives. Finally, we chose this solar system, this planet , then our parents. Plants transformed into their blood and then into their reproductive cells before giving birth to human beings. Everyone has traveled this very long journey for billions of years. Consequently, everyone carries the memories. In the past, we were all one. Today, we appear different and live different lives. Because we have individualized ourselves, each in our own way throughout this journey. But I sincerely believe that today, we are in the process of remembering all of this, remembering our unity. We are in the process of reminding ourselves that we are still that one. I think the universe divided and developed until it created everyone, but that the human being truly represents the most accomplished form, the most perfect form, the kind of final outcome that the universe conspired to reach. The being capable of totally expressing God or universal consciousness, everyone names it as they wish. From the pre-atomic world to the natural world lies what we call the world of matter. The plant world, the human world, and the animal world form what we call the world of biological life or organic world. The other is the inorganic world . All of this belongs to the realm of vibratory energy. We can only detect a portion of it. For example, cosmic rays electromagnetism colors light odors, and other similar phenomena. But we cannot detect the vast majority of this vibratory energy which actually constitutes the entire universe. We only perceive an infinitesimal point of it through the limited capacity of our senses and our various instruments. Behind all this is what we can only see by using our inner vision, the unique infinite without beginning or end. We cannot see it because it does not manifest in any form and produces no phenomena. It is the non-phenomenal world, the world of spirit. Thus, spirit becomes matter and matter becomes life. All phenomena are born from the non-phenomenal world, and the non-phenomenal world creates billions, billions of billions, an infinity of different phenomena. We call this the relative world and that the absolute world. You may call it God because it is omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. We call this the relative world because it is governed by opposing forces. Relative time and space exist in this world but not in the absolute world. End and beginning exist here but not there. Everything that appears here eventually disappears into the ocean of the unique infinite. Then everything returns and reappears. Things appear and disappear again and again like forms in an ocean, a lake, or a stream. For centuries upon centuries, scientists and physicists have tirelessly searched for the smallest constituent of matter. First, it was molecules, then atoms. But they discovered that these atoms were made of electrons, neutrons, and protons, and inside them, quarks, until reaching levels so deep that physical matter vanished. There, strange phenomena occurred that you surely already know. I talk about it at length in the manual of the absolute, by the way. But at that level, duality no longer exists. That is to say, we see energy change state, becoming a wave and then becoming matter. Physicists also subsequently understood that all these changes in the state of energy are generated by consciousness. It is what transforms, just as you are the one who transforms your life at every moment. And that is exactly what Micho meant when he said, "Matter is like a ghost that appears and disappears in space." Fundamentally, and even at our own scale, matter is not actually solid. It is energy structuring itself into form, a kind of energetic grid that constitutes a hologram we call matter or the universe. It is simply the vibration of things that prevents them from overlapping or that keeps us from passing through the floor we rest upon, for example. In the same way, thought is nothing more than a vibration. Our body is therefore a vibratory energy, a spirit. Our thoughts are of the same nature. When we see our body, our world , or this house, we perceive them this way due to our sensory capabilities. If we possessed different senses, we might not perceive them this way, for all of this is nothing but a mist, a vibration , an immense unity of vibratory energy. Many people, through various kinds of sensory illusions, therefore see a world that is not the true world. At school, we all learn the same representation. The Sun remains at the center while the Earth revolves around it. But what we often forget is that the Sun itself travels through the galaxy, carrying the Earth and all the other planets with it. The Earth therefore never actually returns to the same spot in space. Its trajectory forms a kind of spiral since it revolves around a sun that is also pursuing its own movement. But if all of this exists within consciousness, then even before the Earth, the Sun, and space, there must necessarily exist this central point from which all of this is observed. We are like a camera that never actually moves while the entire universe shifts and reorganizes around it. From our point of view, the Earth orbits the Sun and the Sun traverses the galaxy. But consciousness itself always remains at the center of the experience. It is the only fixed point from which all these movements can appear. And this concept is not at all delusional today. On the contrary, it is the starting point for anyone who truly seeks to understand the nature of reality. For we can never step outside of consciousness to observe the world from the outside. Everything we know of the universe necessarily appears within it. And that is precisely what Micho wants to show. In the absolute world, time and space do not exist because time is not actually a thing that flows somewhere in the universe. It is only the measurement we give to movement and transformation. The Moon is continually falling toward the Earth. The Earth falls around the Sun, and the Sun itself continues its fall through the galaxy. Everything gravitates around everything, everything moves, and everything transforms. And it is this permanent transformation of energy that we call time. But in the absolute sense , nothing is really happening. There is neither before, nor after, nor beginning, nor end. Everything exists in a single instant, like a photograph already containing the entire image. Our world, however, feels more like a film. The frames appear one after another, creating the illusion of time flowing and a story that begins, transforms, and then ends. What, then, is man on Earth? When we observe him, we see a spiral. We are a growing spiral. We are ourselves a spiral. If your head has no spiral, you should go sit in a museum. This spiral is a spiraling unit that constantly moves, continuously absorbs energy, and continuously releases it. We therefore receive this energy in the form of food , sound, radiation, and many other things. Then, we release it in the form of bodily energy, heat, calories, and thought. This complex spiral that is our body is attached to the Earth. It possesses a charge, which means the body moves and rotates with the Earth. The body itself therefore moves in this way. What is man? A mental wave that, at every moment, absorbs energies before dispersing them. This continues at every moment. At this precise moment in the lecture, Micho gives an impressive demonstration with one of his students. I will let you watch. Look straight ahead. Good. Now, keep your spiritual channel straight. Very good. Close your eyes. Try to think of nothing. Do not think. No thoughts. Now , start thinking about your girlfriend or your wife. She is very beautiful, she is very charming, she is very attractive, she is very playful. I, myself, like her very much. Now stop thinking about her. No thoughts. Now start thinking about war, a world war. World war begins everywhere. Missiles are crossing the sky. Large cities are being destroyed. There is fire everywhere. Millions of people are disappearing instantly. Everywhere, fire, dead bodies. The entire world is now being destroyed. Now, transform this image into one of a deeply peaceful country landscape. A forest, green grass, a blue sky, white clouds, perfectly crystal-clear water, flowers, birds singing, and butterflies flying. Stop thinking, no thoughts. Very well. Thank you. What did we just see? What does that mean? Well, according to Micho, every thought you create is a vibration, and this vibration does not stay inside your head. You are continually projecting it outward, instant after instant. When the student imagined war, this image came out of him in the form of energy. When he imagined his girlfriend, this image also came out. According to Micho, these images are now somewhere outside, floating in space. and continuing to carry their movement. In reality, although our body is our vehicle, our consciousness is by no means limited to it. It is everywhere. Every thought, every idea is thus like this wave that spreads into the world of external appearance and influences it. To help us visualize this, he offers a comparison. Imagine that your mind is a blue sky. Every thought you create is a cloud in the sky. Some thoughts are small white clouds, others form long streaks, while some become dark clouds covering the entire sky. You are the one who creates them. When you stop creating images and enter deep meditation, you are connected to the blue sky. You are connected to the unique, non-relative world that you can call God. When you start thinking, many clouds appear and you lose that connection. But at the same time, you create a very interesting world, the world produced by your images. And very often, you believe that this world of images is real, forgetting that you created it yourself. When you spend an entire day worrying, this worry comes out of you in the form of a vibration. When you continually relive an old argument, this anger is also projected outward. When you think about revenge, you emit this energy. And when you think with gratitude, it is sent out in the same way. If you think about it, worry does not come from God. Fear does not come from God either. They come from the enemy. They come from this belief that we are two. Yet, we are not two; we are one. In those moments, in a way, you are choosing to distance yourself from God. Every day, we make choices. When you live within thoughts of worry and fear, you are out of harmony, and decisions made from this state will reflect that. All these thoughts are building something. Day after day, they shape the reality in which you live. Micho gives a very simple example showing how real this created reality can seem. Just think of a nightmare. You are sleeping and in your dream, someone is chasing you with a knife. You run, you struggle, you sweat, and your heart beats fast. When you wake up, everything disappears in a second. Yet, as long as you were inside the dream, it constituted your reality. You acted within it and your body reacted there. You even have eyes with which you see. Nothing seems fake to you. That is the power of mental images . A world created by your own thoughts can seem entirely real when experienced from within. And as a reminder, in your dream, you were never two. You have always been one. You with yourself. Everything is created in you, by you, and experienced by you. You give personalities to things. You know the idea of ownership, don't you? Suppose you think you own an asset. In reality, you don't own it. Because when you die, you will have to leave it behind. You do not own it. You are only living in the illusion that it belongs to you. You use it, but you do not own it. The same goes for money. You may believe you own it, but that is not the case. You did not make it. The government made it, but in reality, the government didn't make it either. What is this material made of? Who created it? Did nature create it? Did energy create it? Did the universe create it? Even the government does not own this money; it only uses it. In the same way, we use it without owning it. We say someone is a millionaire and another is poor. If he has 1 million dollars, we call him a millionaire. But in reality, this money does not belong to him. He is exactly like us. When he receives this energy, he soon ends up dispersing it because energy gathers and then moves on. Now think about the proportion of our life built around this idea of ownership. We work for several decades to pay for a house. We compare ourselves to a neighbor who has a bigger one. We sometimes go into debt to buy a better car, and as soon as we get it, we immediately see someone else with a better one in a newer model. This race never ends because there will always be someone who has more or better. It is the race to infinity. And Micho's reasoning on this subject sheds a different light on it all. For one thing, nothing we pursue in this race truly belongs to us. The house will pass to someone else. Money will flow to other hands just as it arrived in ours. We only use these things for a short time. All this competition is based on things no one actually owns. It is the very principle of the ancient Egyptians who placed their wealth in tombs, thinking it would still serve them after death. Yet in our world, the gold remains in the tomb while they continue their journey elsewhere. And sometimes we spend years thinking about the after, forgetting to live in the moment. But this way of thinking goes even further, because this same illusion that creates this race also produces something else: enemies. Mich explains that many people believe illness comes from the outside, from an accident, a curse, or an enemy attacking us. As soon as you adopt this view, you start seeing enemies everywhere. The virus becomes an enemy, the bacteria becomes an enemy. Even the DNA inherited from our parents is treated like an enemy. And when you believe you are surrounded by enemies, the natural reaction is to manufacture weapons: drugs, injections, chemical sprays, and endless treatments. Designed to fight the invasion. Every year, millions of animals are used in experiments intended to wage this battle. According to him, the body becomes a battlefield and the war continues within us, around us, and across the animal and plant kingdoms. He then takes this reasoning further. The same mindset acts between nations. A country believes another could attack it. So it makes weapons, builds shelters, and prepares to destroy the other first. It is the same image of the enemy projected on a larger screen. On this planet, in this solar system, in this Milky Way, in this universe. Is there an enemy? Is there a single true enemy? Yes, there is one: ourselves. Our personal illusion and the mistreatment we inflict on ourselves through our diet, our thoughts, and our way of life constitute the only enemy. All the others are not enemies; they are our friends. They come from the universe. They appeared according to the order of the universe through nature and the plant kingdom. That is all. They too are spirit, vibration, and energy. They are not our enemies. If we are weak, we become their food and they invade us. If we are strong, we are human beings and they never attack us. Try the experiment. Eat properly, then next summer, go for a picnic in the forest with people who don't practice macrobiotics. Insects and flies arrive and circle around you. Then they head toward your heavy-set friend who is eating ice cream, drinking orange juice and milk. They do not come toward you. They avoid you because they know your blood is very thick and strong and your tissues are firm. When a mosquito inserts its proboscis, it finds it hard to penetrate, and when it starts to suck your blood, it already begins to clot in its proboscis, which gets clogged. The mosquito must then die. It knows this and therefore prefers to head toward someone soft and tender. In that moment, the mosquito seems like an enemy to you, but it is you who have turned into a wonderful and attractive paradise for it. The mosquito came, but it is perfectly innocent. According to Micho, the same logic applies to viruses and bacteria. If the body is in a good state, a virus can enter it without the disease developing. It is the state of the body that determines what will happen next. But instead of examining our own condition, we tell ourselves a different story. We say to ourselves, "I am a good person; I never make mistakes. I behave correctly and I go to church every Sunday. Why did I get sick?" Since the illness does not fit the image we have of ourselves. We blame someone else. Perhaps God was sleeping and didn't take care of us. Or perhaps, if God is good, there must necessarily exist somewhere a devil responsible for our illness, our suffering, and our misfortune. So we create a new illusion. The devil is responsible for it. Evil is somewhere on the outside because I am always the good guy and the problem must necessarily come from elsewhere. Micho gives a name to this way of thinking: egocentric thinking. This tiny individual thinks, "I am the good guy, the best person in the universe. I have no flaws." That is egocentric thinking. We call that arrogance. He superstitiously imagines that this little being is perfect. He therefore creates enemies around him and finds himself engaged on a battlefield every day. We call this kind of world hell. Practically everyone, or almost all modern people, go to hell rather than to heaven. Heaven, or the kingdom of heaven, is nothing other than this world, this solar system, this galaxy, and this entire universe. It does not exist anywhere else. But through our illusions, we turn our world into hell in our imagination. We place enemies here, demons there, then we act as if they truly existed. And others even go so far as to imagine another world, an afterlife that would be better. But the only reality that exists is this one, the one you are living in at this very moment while watching this video. You are here and nowhere else. So, come back with me. To show how deep our illusions go, Micho uses the example of a nation, the United States of America. He asks a simple question: where does America actually exist? At first glance , this question seems absurd. No one wakes up in the morning doubting the existence of their own country. America therefore seems to obviously exist. On a map, it appears clearly. Canada to the north, Mexico to the south, and numerous states in between. On the map, there is no room for doubt; America exists. But Micho then begins to question each piece of evidence. Who created the map? Who created the national anthem? Who wrote the Constitution? Who created the various states? Each element used to prove the existence of the nation therefore came from the human mind. Everything was created piece by piece. His conclusion is very simple. We think the nation exists and so we act as if it does. That is what a concept is. A nation represents one of the most powerful forces in our lives. Some people build their entire identity around it, work for it, and even die in its name. Yet, it only stands because millions of minds simultaneously hold the same image and act according to it. According to Micho, enemies, demons, and battlefields are created in exactly the same way. The mechanism remains identical. An image is created, shared, and believed. Then everyone lives inside it as if it were real. And in wars, some people even kill others while seriously believing they are the "good guys," because they do it for their nation. Do you see how strong the illusion can be? Think about it for a moment. Armed forces will kill other people in cold blood, and sometimes even children. But since they have labeled them as the "bad guys," they consider themselves to be the good guys . It is the same principle as with the devil. It is always enough to accuse someone else of being a demon or being evil, then kill them for the glory of God or some moral code. But the only monster that exists in this story is the reflection of their own ignorance. It is an illusion, an image that we have created and which does not actually exist. Anyone who does not think this way possesses no nation. The squirrel has no nation. Birds have no nation. So they have no taxes to pay. The problem is knowing to what extent our illusions differ from true reality. The Jews think we are the chosen people . The Chinese think we constitute the central people of the world. The French think we are the most refined and elegant people. The Americans think we protect the freedom of humanity. The Japanese think we descend from the sun. Micho then applies the same idea to something much more personal. Think about the organization of a modern life . You go to primary school, then high school, and university. Then you wonder what job you can get and what salary you will earn. You start with temp work , then end up working in a company for several decades before retiring at 65, hoping it won't be pushed back again, of course. So, you stay glued to the television to follow all the latest news on this. That is the plan, the entire map of a life, if we forget the fact of having to quickly find a partner before 25, get married, and then have one or more children along the way. But who created this ideal plan for a human life? Well, nobody. No one designed it for themselves. We were born inside this model in the same way we were born into a nation. It was already there and waiting for us. We then accepted it as being reality, the kind of goal of life. According to Micho, it is an illusory system. Now remember the journey he described at the beginning of this video. You come from the infinite universe. You have gone through billions of years of transformation. The world of elements, the plant kingdom, and thousands of different life forms. You arrived on this magnificent planet in the perfect form of a human being, and after this entire journey, your reason for being would be to become a company employee. This is where these words become uncomfortable, because in this system, you are selling your life. An hour has a price, a week has a price, a year has a price. For decades, someone buys your time, and at 65, when no one wants to buy it anymore, we call that retirement . We must stop and reflect. Something is really wrong. Then there is what he considers to be evidence. Billions of dollars have been spent for several decades on research. But there is still no real solution for degenerative diseases, cancer, or mental illness. People work hard, live properly, think they are doing everything right, and yet still fall ill, depressed, and unhappy. And it is exactly the same regarding reality. There are still people in this world who are waiting for proof that everything is made of consciousness. But think for a moment, the universe has existed since the dawn of time and human beings are not new. Don't you think that this proof has been there for an eternity? The problem is that the only mind that can see and accept it is your own. But beyond proof , for we do not have these escapes, we must also start to act. How many people claim to have understood all this and yet take no decisions in that direction and continue to live as if they knew nothing? According to Micho, the problem lies deeper than any particular error. It is the very image of life that is false: the image of work, the image of success, and the image of our purpose. He claims that 90 or even 99% of modern people are governed by this illusion. They work like slaves without realizing it, selling their time and turning their lives into money. And when suffering appears, they blame the devil or some enemy without ever questioning the system of imagery within which they live. That is why it is always a matter of first reconsidering the very image we have of ourselves and of life, in order to then be able to act and build an authentic life accordingly. Otherwise, we continue to fuel old thought patterns and recreate that same infinite loop of non-evolution. The Ouroboros. This earth and this universe themselves constitute paradise. They are the kingdom of heaven. There is no hell, no enemy, and no suffering in this world. If you suffer, if you get sick, or if you encounter difficulties, it is because you have not seen what this world truly is and you have behaved poorly. It is I who did it. I inflicted it upon myself and looked at the world in an illusory way. I therefore acted according to that illusion. I believed that sugar was wonderful because it contained many calories. I believed that cheese was an excellent source of protein. I believed that all of this was great. I ate it again and again, and then breast cancer appeared. Is the devil responsible for it? It is me; the only true enemy in this world is therefore myself. The mistreatment I inflict upon myself, my excessive search for pleasure, my egocentric thoughts, and my illusion that I will always be a good person. After everything he explained during this lecture, Micho arrives at his conclusion, which begins with a simple instruction. We must wake up. He compares the modern world to a nightmare filled with battlefields, enemies, and endless worry. And as with any nightmare, the first step is to wake up from it. He even puts it physically: "Wash your face with cold water, open your eyes, and look at this world again. For when you contemplate it with clear eyes, you discover something different. You see that your parents made your life possible, that your ancestors carried the entire chain of life to you, and that you arrived here through the plant world, the air, the water, and the earth. Everything around you is part of your journey, and according to Micho, everyone you meet has traveled the same path as you. Each person is a spirit, a manifestation of the universe, a manifestation of God. Everyone is looking for the same things : health, freedom, and happiness. For we all come from the same source. We all carry the same dream. So where does happiness begin? His answer is very simple. It begins with gratitude. Thank you to our parents, thank you to our ancestors. Thank you to the plants, the sky, and the stars. Thank you for the food. Thank you to the invisible God. According to Micho, this gratitude felt from the heart marks the beginning of your happiness. It represents the start of your awakening as a truly free human being. In reality, I know this because I myself experienced a conscious NDE that I explain in the Manual of the Absolute. And this understanding that everything is you, that in fact you are God, is what creates this feeling of eternal gratitude toward everything. When you open your eyes and see the world from this perspective of unity, the feeling that emerges in you is inexplicable. It is truly incredible. And it is only from there that you will then be able to share this feeling of gratitude with others as a vibration that will spread and, once again, transform everything accordingly. When you see a person suffering, you want to help them, love them, or even hug them. No one needs to teach you that. This desire appears on its own. That is why, obviously, your deep nature—or the deep nature of human beings, quite simply—is love. Everyone who says that human nature is rotten or perverted is an illusionist. And in his own words, this is what love is. Brotherhood is naturally born of gratitude. He then addresses suffering directly and asks:" This universe is so wonderful. Why are you so filled with worry? Why so much fear, confusion, and depression? "His answer brings us back to illusions. Modern people suffer because they lock themselves in the cage of their own illusion. And the only person capable of opening that cage is the one who locked themselves inside it. That is where you must act. You must take heart and dare to move where it is scary, where your soul guides you, where you truly want to go. Embody the person you truly want to be, even if it seems contrary to all the mental constructs you have created about life until now. Listen to yourself and let yourself be guided by that, like a thirsty blind man led by the peaceful sound of water. But Micho adds his most practical and controversial idea here. He believed that diet would play a direct role in this process. It was his life's work: macrobiotics. According to him, what you eat shapes what you think. He claimed that eating meat fueled images of battle and war, that sugar and dairy products nourished sentimentality, laziness, and sadness. While grains such as brown rice, wheat, barley, and corn, consumed daily, would clear the mind and open it toward the sky. He emphasized that grains grow toward the sky, but I think quite differently. I do not think we should permanently lock foods into categories of good and bad. For it is above all our consciousness that determines how we receive, transform, and integrate them. This does not mean we should eat everything without any measure or continue to consume as much meat as we do today. It simply means that the priority is to love what enters us, to receive it with gratitude, and not to make an enemy of it. Then, everyone must listen to their body, follow their own path, and let their diet evolve naturally with their consciousness. Perhaps one day we will eat much less meat or even none at all. But this transformation must not stem from fear, guilt, or rejection. It should arise from a deeper understanding of our unity with everything that lives. It must be natural because as we are everything, we are simultaneously the meat we eat, the air we breathe, and the plants we ingest. Everything that enters us continues its existence through us and participates in our transformation. I therefore believe it is up to man to reclaim his sovereignty, to welcome things with love, to recognize what is truly beneficial to him, and then to follow with lucidity the direction his own consciousness indicates. Illusions are the cage, gratitude is the door, and you are the one who holds the key. So thank you for watching this video all the way to the end.
